Lisa Dubaj is the founder and creator of BodySTRONG —a strength-based, yoga-inspired approach to movement designed to support women through every stage of life.
With over 15 years of experience in fitness and wellness, Lisa brings together functional strength training, yoga, and intuitive movement to help women build resilience, confidence, and a deeper connection to themselves—both physically and mentally. Her philosophy is simple but powerful: movement is more than exercise—it’s a pathway to transformation. Through small group classes, private training, and community-centered experiences, Lisa has created a space where women feel supported, seen, and empowered to move through life’s changes with strength and intention.

BodySTRONG was born from a simple belief: women deserve spaces where they can grow stronger without feeling like they have to fit a certain mold. Throughout my years of teaching, I witnessed the incredible things that happen when women are given the tools, support, and encouragement to trust their bodies, move with confidence, and embrace their strength.
I created BodySTRONG to bring together everything I love about movement—functional strength training, yoga, mobility, balance, and movement that supports everyday life. My goal was to create a space where women can challenge themselves, move well for life, and feel supported every step of the way. It’s a community where women can celebrate what their bodies can do, build resilience for the years ahead, and discover that strength is about so much more than muscles—it’s about living fully, moving freely, and showing up for yourself again and again.

My teaching is rooted in the YogaWorks tradition, influenced by a background in competitive rhythmic gymnastics, and enriched by years of personal practice and study. This unique blend shapes a movement experience that balances strength, grace, alignment, and flow.

My background in exercise science and nutrition, combined with years of working closely with women in small-group settings, has given me a deep appreciation for the individuality of every body. I strive to create movement experiences that are both accessible and challenging, offering modifications and progressions that help each person move safely, confidently, and with purpose.
