BodySTRONG Retreats are soulful getaways for women in midlife—where movement, adventure, and laughter meet sisterhood and renewal.
I offer workshops on topics such as handstands, lymphatic flow, pranayama, and movement for longevity. With a background in dance and competitive rhythmic gymnastics, a B.S. in Nutrition and Fitness, and over 15 years of teaching experience, I create approachable, educational workshops that help you move better, build strength, and feel more connected to your body.
BodySTRONG classes are intentionally small (4 students max), allowing for personalized attention to alignment, intensity, and modifications. More than a workout, it’s a community built on strength, support, and connection.
