UNTAMED: Return to Your WILD
With Lisa Dubaj, RYT 500
March 6 - 12, 2027
Rested. Strong. Fully alive. UNTAMED
Deeply Nourished
Fresh, nourishing meals. Deep sleep. Ocean air. Meaningful conversation. The kind of connection that fills you back up instead of draining you. Every detail of this retreat is designed to support your nervous system, restore your energy, and help you feel cared for in the most natural way.
Return To Your Wild
Step away from schedules, responsibilities, and the constant noise of everyday life. This is your invitation to soften the edges, slow down, and remember who you are underneath it all—salt-soaked hair, bare feet, no pressure. Just you, fully alive and UNTAMED.
Movement That Awakens Instinct
Through yoga, strength, mobility, and intuitive movement, you’ll reconnect with your body in both familiar and unexpected ways. This is not about perfection or performance—it’s about awakening instinct, building strength, and moving in a way that feels primal, playful, powerful, and free.
Immersed In Nature
Set in one of the most biodiverse places on earth, the Osa Peninsula offers raw, untouched beauty at every turn. Warm ocean water, black sand beaches, jungle sounds, macaws overhead, and nature operating exactly as it should. Here, you don’t just observe nature—you become part of its rhythm.
Day One- SaturdayArrive & exhale
Welcome to UNTAMED: A return to your WILD. After arriving in the Osa Peninsula and settling into your private jungle bungalow, you’ll begin to feel the pace of everyday life slowly fade away. Warm air, tropical sounds, ocean energy, and the rhythm of nature immediately invite you to soften.
Our first evening together is intentionally grounding—an opportunity to unpack, connect, nourish, and settle into the experience. We’ll gather for our first shared meal, opening movement practice, and meaningful conversation as we begin this week together surrounded by raw natural beauty.

Day Two-SundayOpen & Awaken
The retreat truly begins as we move into the rhythm of the jungle. Morning movement in the open-air shala creates space to reconnect with your body, breath, and energy before the day unfolds.
Afternoons are yours to explore. Surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, ocean swims, massage, hammock naps beneath the palms, or simply resting by the water—this retreat is designed to balance adventure with restoration.
As the sun sets, we gather again for nourishing meals, connection, laughter, and the kind of conversations that only happen when people finally slow down enough to be fully present.

Day Four-TuesdayRoot Into Nature
By now, the outside world feels far away. You begin waking with the sun, moving with intention, and naturally syncing with the rhythm of the earth around you.
This day is about immersion—fully experiencing one of the most biodiverse places on earth. Whether you choose a guided excursion through Corcovado National Park, time in the ocean, bodywork, movement, or deep rest, nature becomes more than scenery here—it becomes part of the experience itself.

This is the sweet spot of the retreat—the moment where everyone softens into themselves. Salt-soaked hair. Sun-warmed skin. Bare feet. No pressure. No expectations. Just presence.
Morning movement continues to build strength, openness, and connection while the rest of the day remains spacious and intuitive. Explore. Rest. Laugh. Swim. Adventure. Journal. Connect. Or simply do nothing at all.
This retreat isn’t about escaping life. It’s about remembering how alive you’re meant to feel within it.

Day Six- ThursdayWhat We Carry Forward
Our final full day together is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and honor the journey we’ve shared.
As the week begins to draw to a close, we gather one last time to celebrate the connections we’ve made, the experiences we’ve shared, and the insights we’ve uncovered along the way.
We also take time to acknowledge the people waiting for us at home—the family, friends, and communities whose love and support made this journey possible.
You leave with more than memories.
You leave with a heart full of gratitude.
And gratitude has a way of creating space for grace as we return home and meet whatever life asks of us next.

Day Seven - FridayUntil We Meet Again
One of the greatest gifts of retreat is the people we meet along the way. Strangers become friends, and friends become part of our story. The connections formed here often continue long after we return home—through messages, reunions, shared adventures, and, hopefully, another retreat together someday.
Thank you for sharing your time, your energy, your laughter, and a small piece of your journey with us.
Until we meet again, stay wild. 🖤

While the Osa comprises only 3% of Costa Rica’s total land area, it is home to more than 50% of the country’s animal and plant species.
